"I’m not sure what had happened here over the last few months, but the service here has taken a DIVE. There is no way to contact anyone via telephone to request a refill as they never answer their phone. In addition, you wait in line for 20-30 minutes to be told your prescription still isn’t ready, despite requesting refill several days earlier. I’ve transferred our prescriptions to Parkway Pharmacy and will not ever use this pharmacy again."
"I am not normally one to write a negative review. But this pharmacy has been the absolute worst. Every single interaction I have with them ends in frustration. If it doesn't take them at least 3 tries to get my prescription right, it's a miracle. They're too understaffed to answer phone calls for refills. Okay, so I go online and do it there. I get a response that it'll be ready the next day, and they tell me when I get there that it never went through. How are people supposed to get refills? Come in-person and then come back the next day when they finally decide to fill it? They can't figure out how to enter insurance, so then you have to pay full price or call the insurance company to be told that the information is on your card and the pharmacy should be able to figure it out. In one day, I visited them 5 separate times, allowing 6 hours to have an antibiotic filled-every time it would "be ready in 30 minutes" but every time it was not. Do not use this pharmacy. If it was a one-time issue, I would be fine. But this has happened every single time, different days of the week, different timelines on the refills, different types of medications."
"I've very rarely left a review of any sort, and then only reviews I've every left anywhere were always really positive ones, so this should tell you something. At one point, this was a great pharmacy. We've been filling our rx here since they opened in 2009. Some months back, the entire pharmacy staff quit. That's right. Every single person. After having to bring in people from other stores in the state for a few weeks, they're working with a skeleton crew, and it's a nightmare. For months now, they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. You can spend 30 minutes pressing 0. Nobody ever picks ups. If by some miracle they do, they say "hold please" and put you on hold, where you will remain for over an hour until you finally hang up in frustration. If you GO there, you will wait in line for between 30 minutes and an hour, even if there are only 2 or 3 people in front of you. If there's more, which there are lately since you can't reach them any other way, prepare to be there so long you'll wish you had a chair. Everyone has the same complaints and horror stories. First, they got someone who often handles the pick ups who has zero idea what she's doing, and hasn't learned over the months. Or, the person/new pharmacist will be working the PICKUP ONLY line and ALSO filling RX from people in that line at the same time (thus the hour long wait when you're the fourth person in line). Probably because they aren't filling RXs in a timely manner, and won't pick up the phone, and the only way to get them filled is to show up in person. They're going to lose all of their business. I can't even request that they transfer my RXs to another pharmacy because you HAVE TO BE ABLE TO REACH THEM TO DO THAT. I hate to leave a bad review, period. But this is ridiculous. People need their medications. It can literally be a life or death matter."
"I have used this pharmacy for years with no problems. Now, they do not answer the phone, not even the voicemail refill line, and prescriptions called in this morning will not be ready until tomorrow afternoon. In most cases, they have waited until I appeared at the counter to even think about filling it. Parkway Pharmacy here I come."
"I get my flu shot here every year and tried to schedule on line but it took forever and Irequested all the info they have at the store as I get my shot there every year. I still couldn’t get it to work, so I called to schedule and someone thankfully answered the pharmacy phone. They often don’t, including a few days ago. They cannot schedule over the phone so said I should do walk-in. The form is a waste and the pharmacy is understaffed."
