"Just called and the RUDE Kasian lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE- “we don’t give OUR measurements OUT”! I was only asking for the PD because I was ordering frames offline- her TONE throw me off. I was really confused because we have sent over $300 per pair of glasses we ordered from them .. It leads me to believe that the customer service is different in person than over the phone.. Wow - unbelievable! Never again!"

"I have been going to Dr Williams for years. He is very through, professional. If your looking for an eye Dr that takes vision serious he’s it. The office staff will go above and beyond to make your visit as smooth and friendly as possible. They take the time to make sure all avenues are discussed ie insurance etc.. "I have always had a great experience here. I broke my glasses frame on a Sunday (I've had the same frames for two years). I was able to glue it back together, but with my daughters wedding that weekend I really needed the frames properly fixed. I called on Monday and by Tuesday at 5:30 my lenses were in new frames. Problem solved quickly! It feels great knowing your glasses will be done right, and even better when you know the staff cares about their clients!"
