"Solid Blue Green Property... not a luxury resort by any means, but great value for a Williamsburg trip."

"We stayed at Parkside in Williamsburg but attended our “time share review” at this location. I work in the mental health care field and hold a master’s degree and my husband also is a college graduate…the time share review turned for the worse very quickly when the third salesman came over to our table and referred to people who don’t buy more points as uneducated. He insinuated that notes from our last time share review went badly-not true as it was very cordial. In fact we’ve never had any time share presentation go to insults until this one. Things went downhill from the start of his presentation to the point of my husband being so insulted that he started getting agitated with the man. I see no reason for a sales presentation to a current and satisfied owner to get verbally aggressive and insulting but this sales rep was both. We are happy BlueGreen owners and satisfied with our ownership, please don’t harass your customers that are paying their ownership maintenance fees with no complaints.."

"To begin: The ONLY thing wrong with our stay was the hard sell of yet another time-share as we checked in. We made it clear, 3 times, that we already are in with a company and that we are NOT interested. Yet they insisted on talking. Ruined the beginning of our vacation, as we hadn't even left the entrance area. After that all was fine. This is a very nice place in many ways. Huge room for a one bedroom. Very clean. Easy parking. Just a short walk to the downtown Old Town Williamsburg area, which is a huge plus. Nice indoor pool. And he staff was very helpful --- except for one person. But stop the damned hard sell --- it's actually a turn-off to those of us who specifically say that we don't want it and we are much less likely to ever stay there again, regardless of how nice it is. While we'd love to next time we're in Williamsburg, we are really hesitating due solely to this."

"While the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious along with the location being great, our towels were dirty and wet when we checked in and our room smelled awful. The sound proofing is also nonexistent- we could hear our above neighbors conversations and their constant walking which kept us and our baby up all night. The resort is also heavily catered to families, so screaming children running up and down the halls was constant. We like bluegreen, but we wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. I do want to note that the front desk and concierge staff were lovely- extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick with our check in. No complaints there! The evening staff were our favorite. :)"
