Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort

"This is a Time Share Resort not a normal hotel. For a Holiday inn it's great. For a Time Share not so much. When you check in they start the sales pitch offering you money to spend time letting them talk to you about the Timeshare. The rooms are great. I spent $367 for the weekend. Winter Deal. It was empty during the slow season. Just make sure you're ok with them trying to sell you. If you're not or get mad you should stay at a different place. I did not go to the talk. I cannot speak on that."

"The property is beautiful and I like the architecture that fits in with the colonial Williamsburg area. Our room was spacious and clean. What ruined it for me is the timeshare presentation pushes. You have to get your room key from someone who is going to try to get you to attend a presentation. At least he didn't try to keep pushing me when I declined their "offers". But then I get a phone call the next day with the same exact "offer" if I attend the presentation. When I declined he just kept trying to push me to go asking me why I don't want to go etc. then we wondered if anyone else was going to pester us during our stay. We just want to relax. It really soured my otherwise wonderful experience at the resort."

"Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condos with jacuzzi tubs in both baths. Laminate, tile and carpeting throughout with lots of closets, a pantry and laundry in the suite. The furniture is lovely and looks new. There is a nice balcony. King bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom with comfy beds and pillows. (I was told maintenance could push them together and change the mattresses for a couple if needed.) There are elevators and wheeled luggage carts. The salt water pool is very clean, large and is 3- 5 feet deep. There is a 4 lane bowling alley, a fitness center, little market and cafe. In the Clubhouse there is a pool table, air hockey, ping pong table and seating to watch movies. (All free ) Harris Teeter grocery store is about a mile down the road."

"Excellent resort in the Williamsburg area. We had a 2-bedroom villa and it was like an apartment! It had a full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, living room (with fireplace), 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a patio. My kids were very impressed! The room was clean and modern. I found the bed to be comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. The resort had a nice, heated indoor pool (the 2 outside pools were closed when we were there), bowling alley, mini golf course, and playground for the kids, plus daily crafts/activities (for a nominal fee). We enjoyed having all those amenities. The location was right off the highway and about 20 min from either Jamestown or Yorktown, and 40 min from Richmond."

"We book through the Club Vacations. Our first room was nice and clean. We has a problem with the height of the tub and asked if we could move to a room with a walk-in shower. Kera was really helpful (not only for setting us with a couple of bottles of wine) with moving to a room with a walk-in shower. We ended up in a 2 bed room and it was even nicer than the first room we had. We didn't do any bowling or put put golf but did check them out. I have to say this was a very nice place and the staff (especially Keera) was great. The location was pretty good too. Close to almost everything."
