"Writing this review as a public service, to caution away future couples seeking a wedding planner from working with Fabienne (Wedding Muse). She was remarkably underprepared, disorganized, and aloof. When asked any simple logistic question, she would either complain she “had so many other weddings this summer” and didn’t know the answer, or pass the buck to the bride or groom (“Oh, she’ll know the answer,” “Why don’t you go check with the bride,” etc.). Her disorganization and poor communication skills resulted in a general air of confusion as well as multiple delays and false starts, and if the other wedding organizers (bride, groom, band, etc.) weren’t there to pick up the slack, she would have almost certainly had an even greater and possibly disastrous negative impact on the ceremony. Nearly every aspect of the wedding would have been simpler and more efficient without her involvement. Only positives I can think of: the floral arrangements were pretty and her photographers were discrete and professional."

"Top Notch Florist We hired Fabienne to create the florals for our intimate wedding of 11. From beginning to end, she had a "top notch" level of professionalism, care and attention. Fabienne was knowledgeable and went above-and-beyond to bring our vision to life. She made sure that every detail was absolutely perfect. Every single bloom was fresh and top quality. In fact, I loved the flowers so much I had them sent to be dried and pressed to be kept forever. Thank you so much Fabienne! "Fabienne was wonderful at our wedding. When my then soon to be wife spoke with her for the first time over the phone, she received the kind of vibe that later showed in the wedding day through the beautiful display of decorative flowers. Our approach was to to give all the power to Fabienne and for her to use her creative imagination on the day of our wedding. This is hard for most couple to give total control over to someone else, but that was the trust that my wife had when she spoke with Fabienne. All she told Fabienne was her colors for the wedding and Fabienne was able to create a master piece from Bouquets, Corsages, to the Boutonnieres, and table decorations. She was professional at her work, flexible, and available whenever we had questions. Best Florist ever!!! Thank you Fabienne for making our dream wedding so beautiful in colors!! "Fabienne and her team at Wedding Muse provides an amazing product! While planning an intimate, getaway wedding in the Etlan area, I decided to seek a local florist to bring my dreams to life. Fabienne did just that and everyone loved our florals. The reason for the missing star is the staggering prices. Also, make sure that you ask for delivery and set up because that is an add on fee. She was kind enough to negotiate some aspects, but it was because I was willing to do the majority of the decorating myself. Jocelyn Horn Photography captured these great images."
