"My man & I came in there last minute to grab some flowers for his grandmother. The woman working there, I forgot her name, but she was super helpful and kind. If I lived in that area, I’d go back more often & buy some plants & decor. I have no clue how to take care of specific plants but I know the woman working there would have been able to teach me lol."

They had so many plants and flowers and I’m new to gardening and ask the lovely woman for some advice on plants that are great for beginners and she pointed me to a few and of course I bought them. It’s been months and they are still thriving. She was so kind as to repot them for me when I initially bought them into a vase I bought from them. They also have a lot of comical towels and art in there definitely a place to visit!"

"I don’t even want to give them a star. I placed the order Friday evening for a Saturday delivery. I called Saturday morning once they opened to confirm the order. I was told there wasn’t going to be hot pink roses, which I agreed and said it was fine as long as they fill it up with other roses. I asked the woman to send me a photo so I can see what it looks like before they send it off. I also paid for the PREMIUM size. Photos posted are of what I ordered based on their site and then what was sent to me. When I received the photo, I called immediately. I explained to the woman that’s not what was advertised and there were extra greenery and other things placed in it that didn’t even look nice!!!! Completely false advertising. She said she would see what she can do. The vase didn’t even match, which means the leaves wouldn’t wrap the same since it wasn’t a cylinder vase. She proceeded to tell me, “honey, this is a same day order and this is what I have.” Terrible response and service. How about call especially if it changes the entire look of it? I had it cancelled and refunded immediately. It doesn’t look like a premium size, more like a large, maybe even medium. Just poor, lazy, and unprofessional service. Looking at the photos to compare makes me so mad! How is this acceptable?"
