"We have been here for a few months. The Office Manager, Freddie, is great. Maintenance has been good. Reaching the office and talking with management has not been a problem. I really enjoy our duplex. The neighborhood can be sketchy but overall we've had no problems."

"I can not wait for my lease to be up at this place and wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Riverwood's staff is very unprofessional and do not try to assist residence with issues . I requested for a poorly installed doorknob to be replaced by maintenance and was told that i should replace it myself or pay $95 for maintenance staff to replace it. They are only concerned with getting their rent on time. I have had at least 5 changes in office staff in the 6 month I've lived here. The office is only open 2 times a week. In short, this place is terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE INCONVENIENCED GREATLY!"

"I was there for two years. I enjoyed the trees right outside my back yard. The property manager Simone is the best!! I've never had a problem with maintenance issues. I downsized from three bedroom to a two bedroom. I liked UPA so much I am currently at their sister property."
