"As a retired Armed Forces service member, the health insurance agency locates Primary Care Managers in the area we reside, unfortunately I picked Dr Assadi. During my initial intake appointment, my intent was to introduce myself, review health status and medical evaluations conducted in the military which deemed me permanently and totally disabled. Specifically, after we reviewed my medical evaluations, with evidence and documentation stating my disability status, I needed his approval on my application for the disability Placard for my vehicle. He had the audacity to convey to me, he doesn't understand disability evaluations and questioned why I am applying for a disability Placard. He told me, "if you don't have two feet, you can work using your hands. If you can't see, you can use your hands. If you can't hear, you can see, walk, and use your hands. If you don't have any hands, than it'll be difficult to work." WHAT?!?!?! What does any of that have to do with my medical evaluations from the military, after serving 20 years and being deemed disabled by Department of Veterans Affair? After a long and pointless conversation, going back and forth, Dr Assadi decided to take my paperwork so he can "REVIEW" it. He told me to come back the following Monday to pick it up. I returned the following WEDNESDAY! His front desk assistant confronted him about me being there asking for MY documentation. At this point, I already made an appointment with a Veterans Hospital physician. The assistant came back and proceeded to tell me that he FORGOT the documents home and I can come back tomorrow. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe the emotions I felt. In conclusion, I told them to keep the documents, dispose of them by shredding them and don't worry about. Definitely changing my Primary Care Manager. Unprofessional and terrible. All because you don't understand a PERSON being medically evaluated and considered disabled. Nonetheless, Dr Assadi is supposed to be the medical subject matter expert in his field!"

"Dr.Asadi is a awesome Dr! I originally came to him because I was going to a clinic for subutex and i found out about him also being able to see these kind of patients and prescribe this medicine! It's so much easier to be able to see him since he is a family dr and not just some walk in clinic and only see him for that! He is helping me also get my anxiety and depression under control and also I was able to start birth control! All at the same Dr! He has a therapist that works with him also I just met her last saturday [yes they are open Saturday:] ) She is also wonderful! Everyone there is just so nice and its a very calm atmosphere! They are nice to my kids when I have to bring them in with me also everyone is pretty laid back! And if you need a prescription called in or to contact the dr during the day for something they are RITE ON TOP OF IT!!"

"I have been this place almost Five years. Every thing perfect and like because ones we go there first of all they warmly welcomed. Every staffs are awesome , well trained. And the Doctor is superb so he is so helpful and find the problem with patients so closely and treatment very well. I was going almost every where couldn't get like this type of family atmosphere I think that's why they got business Name is Family medicine so finally I end up this place. He is very proactive in treating his patients. His staff is also great. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment, getting refills, etc. I have also never had a billing issue.
