Reviews of Buckroe Pointe Apartment Townhomes
"Lived here almost 2 years awesome staff, management took pride to keep community well kept, and maintenance was done in a timely order. Only problem was the children which is beyond the staff control, but the complaints were not ignored by staff."
"Nice and clean Maintenance handle work orders in a timely manner Near everything. Safe and quiet Affordable"
"The flaws are mostly beyong the control and aren't in the way of the beauty and comfort I feel here. My family has everything we need here, except we could use a little more space. But for a family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults) we are happy, comfortable and loving it! Back up to trees, near the park for the kids, near the bus stop for the kids school. The clubhouse is nice too! UPDATE: The "clubhouse" IS NOT for residents to use... of course, unless you pay $250 dollars and only on a Saturday or Sunday. So, quick question, what does our rent actually cover besides the dwelling itself? A gym nobody uses? Revise the video and website and tell everyone coming in that they aren't allowed to use the "clubhouse.""
"I'm currently changing my review to reflect how I've been feeling about things. Since the New Year has started with inflation. I still like the neighborhood OK that being said. There are kids that cause mischief around here quite a bit. They have broken my decorations for Halloween before. Stolen patio furniture has been reported. Furthermore make sure your car doors are locked for sure Not a fan. Of the general teenage populace around here. I've had teenagers knock on my door to ask me for money to take out my garbage. Who must not be able to read a no soliciting sign Which is ridiculous. The ground's keeping is really good around here, and so is the sanitation. That being said, when apartment maintenance falls behind, they really do have a lot of issues playing catch up when the stuff Happens If they fall behind, expect about 1 2 weeks, sometimes to get a maintenance person to fix an issue. They don't usually fall behind thogh i understand rent has gone up. But the fact they've increased the washer and dryer by 20 whole dollars when it used to be $30 At $50 for a washer and dryer. That Are pretty low range. In terms of capacity and what they can handle. I would recommend buying a washer and dryer outright To be fair, $50 for a washer and dryer. That's just okay it's kinda ridiculous I understand inflation but I feel like this shouldn't have gone up. I do hope 1 day they will upgrade our washer and dryer for what we have now. That being said when the maintenance has Everything on track, they're pretty decent. That being said, there are some maintenance people That they contract, they can do some questionable work. That isn't always necessarily up to par. It took forever to get my upstairs bathroom and hallway flooring correct Because they have had some shady Latino contractors come in. There is one guy there that does flooring pretty well though I would recommend carrying some protection on you if you're Going Out at night to the dumpster. It's only happened once since I lived here but I did hear gun shots One night A while back There's only a small percentage of the neighborhood that is section 8. For low-income housing, it is probably your best option. And I understand no neighborhood is perfect But I have had a change in a few of my opinions recently after the start of the year. More of our email bulletins come in every month from the neighborhood I'm glad to live here still. But there are a few things that I have noticed that have gone a little downhill recently. I do appreciate the fact they have a least signal office that is able to help me with paperwork for free though. That is a great benefit to not have it to go Run around to offices when I have to get paperwork done. And just go there and conduct my business"
"Felicia is great manager gets things handled! Shauna and Trevais as well the other employees of the complex to include maintenance and cleaners of the property do a fantastic job! Great attitudes in the leasing office. They work hard to make the property safe and great place to live."
