"When I moved in 3 months ago, the tub was not fixed, nor repaired. The closet door is falling off in both bedrooms, sinks are leaking underneath, mold in the laundry room on ceiling… work order put in almost 2 months ago now nobody came.. now I am hear something in the vents walking around and scratching on the vents! I have kids they have been sick since we moved in and now have bronchitis and asthma due to mold in apartment.. my kids are 5 & 4 something needs to be done about this!!!!"

"I am truly disappointed at the service and care I have received from this property. At move in my apartment was filthy and the grounds wer ofe covered in trash. My storage closet door is literally falling apart to the point I can not open it because it will pull the front of the door completely offer. There has been an open tampon laying in front of my building for over a month. My guest toilet has never worked. The property manager told me that things would be taken care of but they have not been and I have not received any type of follow up from her. The leasing agent did not walk the apartment before my move in and was very dismissive when I asked that things be corrected before my move in. I am very unhappy with how things are handled on this property and would advise people to WALK YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE SIGNING YOUR LEASE and make sure they actually fix your issues before you commit. Unfortunately, my experience has been that they told me what I wanted to hear to have me move in and then forget all about me or my issues once they got me in. BEWARE!!!"

"This place is the worst in so many ways. First, they just let anybody move in and don’t enforce any rules. Especially when it comes to noise. The walls are thin as paper so be prepared for that. Old management was decent but once BH took over, everything went way down hill. From shootings to car break ins. The hallways are filthy. Like disgusting. There’s definitely a pest issue because of it and trash being left everywhere. The dryers and AC units are old so your electric bill will be ridiculous trying to cool your home and dry a load at least twice. If negative stars existed, i would of given that. The property manager thinks she works remote because the office is never open. And even corporate doesn’t care because I’ve reached out about it several times. Do not waste your time with this management company ANYWHERE in the US unless you truly have nowhere else to go."

"It was fine until new management took over. The new office manager is not helpful and very nonchalant. She never answers the phone. You will have to go in the office to talk to anyone. She will not answer any of your questions with a simple yes or no. You will not getting any clear answers to anything you ask. Maintenance use to be amazing and fast. Maintenance now picks and chooses what they want to come out and address. There are tons of water bugs outside of the buildings and they will make their way into your apartment. It’s not consistently but you will see them in your home. No matter what floor and no matter how clean you are. The A/C will only go 20 degrees below the outside temperature so if it’s in the 90s then your apartment will be in the 70s. So be prepared for that. Not saying that they can control it but it’s something you should know. All of this honestly was tolerable to a certain extent but since the new takeover, it’s just not worth the money. Hopefully they change ownership again because this new one is not it."
