"My experience with this place was frustrating. I would rate zero stars if I could. I did the application process online and uploaded the necessary documents. I received one email asking me for further documentation which was no problem. The forms that were emailed to me did not allow me to fill them out and submit them inline so I had to print them and fill them out. I came to the office during business hours to turn in the forms that I was asked to fill out but the door was locked and no one was available to assist me. I made several calls to the office for assistance but they never answered the phone. I left voice-mails but my call was not returned. I tried to turn in the paperwork in a timely manner but no one was ever available. I got a text message two weeks later only to tell me that they saw I had made several of calls to the office regarding my "denied application " and that I would need to reapply in order for somebody to assist me. I never received any type of correspondence that my application was denied or I would have never bothered trying to turn in my paper work. This whole process was a waste of my time and money. This place handled my application process very poorly, unprofessionally,, and with horrible communication skills and I am no longer interested."

"All I can say is Beth. There’s nothing else needed to be said in this review. Beth helped me faster than any Property Manager has ever thought when I was in a pickle. Between juggling the kids and trying to do walkthroughs, she left her schedule wide open for me and went to full lengths to make sure I found something I liked. 10/10 will always point you in her direction if anyone ever asks me again where I rent from."
