"I stopped in after PT for a toilet raise due to back and leg issues. I was told I could return it if it didn't fit. My toilet was clean, I set it down, it did not fit, I picked it back up, and I brought it back. To my surprise when they pulled it out there was a tiny spot of urine on the back of it which did not come from me. My toilet was clean prior to setting it down and I did not use the item. They would not refund me. In other words I bought a USED piece of equipment with someone else's urine on it without knowing it. I explained this to them but they did not care they refused to refund my $28. But, I suppose $28 down the drain is one thing but the bad customer service cost them much more. While there I planned on purchasing compression socks, a full hip kit, and a lift chair. I will take my future business elsewhere. I hear there is a fabulous medical supply store in Central Park, Fredericksburg."

"I have been in here numerous times. The staff is barely friendly on most days, even if you go in with a smile and nice attitude. Once in awhile you catch someone in a good mood. There has been issue with billing which required hours upon hours to try to resolve. They then denied billing for me in the future because of the issue... which seems to be them not using the right codes. I now have to spend more hours trying to find another provider for my equipment!"
