"This place has really went down!! I’ve seen change for the worst, The up keep is horrible,the grounds are embarrassing, it’s trash everywhere.. maintenance men brag about doing nothing and getting paid ,Ashamed to invite anyone out here! Head Maintenance Apparently Don’t care with the rest ..You’re a problem tenant if you call for regular needed repairs.. it’s a sad thing , not everyone live rent free out here,You wait forever to get something done..Something needs to change! This property has so much potential..But no one CARES!!"

"It's amazing how people have different experiences, I've lived here for about 10 yrs, I've had a wonderful experience, management is great, maintenance is great, neighbors are great, routine pest control, no issues with pests, grounds are kept clean, grass is kept cut, apts are a nice size, washer and dryer in apt, a place I called home, Thank You for all your hard work..."

"I would give this disgusting place a negative number if i could. This is one of the most deplorable places to have someone you love live in/at?? Im going to do everything in my power to get management out of service. My mother lives here and these people know what goes on and does not care at all. Well guess what, if you dont manage then maybe you need to lose that position. Who are you people just letting violence etc. Be done to elderly tenants and im 100 percent certain you people are aware therefore you need not hold that position. Time to go on my watch."

"This has got to be the worse place to live. At this point codes and compliance and the state needs to get involved. My sister mom has been complaining over and over again about black mold. My sister is currently in the hospital for asthma attack from cleaning the black mold off the wall. This is ridiculous black mold is a very serious thing that this they are not taking serious."
