"My experience: Because they were already closed when I called, so I left a message. They returned it within 15 minutes of opening the next morning. They worked with me to ensure the floral arrangement included the stems I requested and was delivered SAME DAY. They were very knowledgeable and straightforward about the aesthetic limitations with a flower like lilies being used in a same-day arrangement but were confident in their abilities and rightfully so as evidenced by the included photo.
