"Today I had a semi emergency eye appointment. The staff member who answered the phone this morning was very polite and attentive to my needs. The eye doctor assistants and technicians were very helpful especially the assistant who does your workup for the appointment. My eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Lord was very attentive to my questions and needs. He also was very humorous and pleasant to be around. Dr. Lord also came up with a plan of action for my current need to hopefully help with any future need. Today's visit was a positive experience and I am grateful for individuals who work at Wythe Eye Associates. Please do not hesitate for your eye health needs and visit this office."
"This eye optical clinic is conveniently located near the interstate, making it easily accessible. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the office was well-organized. However, due to its popularity, there was a bit of a wait, which took about an hour. The doctor was quite talkative and recommended new lenses for me, as I didn't need new frames."
