Reviews of Community Access Network
"Speaking as a regular patient not a walk in: Once you have an appointment, these guys are great. Their doctors are thorough and caring, we’ve not had a bad experience. However it is almost impossible to get that appointment scheduled. 99.9% of the time when you call you are sent straight to voicemail which is sometimes full, preventing you from even leaving a message. If you can leave a message, it could be a good long while before you hear back. When they are your sick kids pediatrician, this is not cool. I’d shop around. Great doctors, but sub par organization."
"I had an amazing experience coming with my husband to an appointment. We knew we had a wait as walk ins but the staff did more than make up for it. We were seen 11/2 at 5pm. The lady at the front desk was so polite and engaging. The lady that took us back and did his vitals was so sweet and took time out to make us feel important. Finally, the nurse practitioner was so easy to talk to and answered all questions. Overall, wonderful experience!!!"
"Went as walking , signed in ,under my name I put hearing impaired. Lady was nice she came to me , she knew I couldn't hear. Waited 3 hrs, had to pick Daughter in-law up at 5. Was next to be called, but had to leave to pick her up from work, was told to come back early ,next morning I got there signed in still put hearing impaired under my name. I sat for 2 hours, went to see about it, lady told me she called my name 3 times , louder than she normally does. I didn't hear her. She threw my paper in the trash, repeating herself, I called u 3 times. She seen I was hearing impaired but didn't bother trying to see if I was there. She could have gotten another worker to find me. She was so rude the way she kept repeating herself, I called u 3 times. I ask when she took it from trash can, do u see what I wrote. She did and just repeated 3 times calling again and told me I'd have to start all over again from the end of line. I said a few choice words to her and walked out. She discriminated against me because of one of my disables.. I have nerve damage and hearing aids causes me a lot of stress. Made me wonder what kind of person does this.. She doesn't need to be working in public with her attitude.. I left even more depressed than i was when I got there."
"With the long wait time.. I recommend bringing phone and charger, blanket, book, and snacks. They need to hire at least 1-2 more doctors, waiting time for walk-ins are like 4-5 hours. One lady had been waiting since 9 AM and she wasn't called back until like 2:20pm when she got called back the receptionist was laughing as if it was funny...I think the whole situation was sad. I"
"The service is horrible. I got there at 9:15, and sat there 45 minutes, and still hadn’t been checked in. When you say something about it the lady at the front desk gets an attitude and get smart with you. I’ve been bringing my daughter out there for severe stomach pains and can’t keep food down for over a year and all they do is tell her to watch what she eats. No blood work no nothing. It’s a shame how providers doesn’t care anymore. You have to wait 3 hours to get no results only to come back with the same issue. Please I need a new provider for my children ASAP."
