"I am not sure why this place only has a 3-star rating at the moment but this place was one of the best in terms of service. The staff was extremely nice and treated you like a person. Other places just treat you like an item that needs to be processed. The nurses did an awesome job with making me comfortable. The anesthesiologist sedated me just enough so that I was actually able to walk out the door after my endoscopy. Other place knocked me out and I had to stay in bed for a day. The results came back within 24 hours so I was very happy. This place is not too crowded so there is ample room for parking. I had to bring my kids and I appreciate the front desk staff for playing Cars for my kids. I would highly recommend this place and not sure what happened in the past that they got a 3-star rating but they're definitely top tier in term of service."

"I just had colonoscopy there and I had very satisfactory experience. Nurses were kind and very helpful to me. I was little worried for negative ratings but everything were just right. I definitely recommend this place."

"God what a nightmare. I went to have a colonoscopy (paid by insurance) and it was also recommended I receive an endoscopy. I didn't think to discuss price with them, my fault, but I've been barraged with huge bills from both the surgery center and the anesthesiologist and Inova Healthcare. Make sure you find out EXACTLY what is being done and what the cost is before proceeding with anything."

"I had a positive experience at the Inova McLean Surgery Center. The medical staff and professional team were excellent, right down to the person who assisted me in the wheelchair. The staff was kind and attentive. Dr. Truc Trinh provided great care! The only minor hiccup was when one nurse had difficulty finding my vein and had to take the needle from my hand, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a great team and experience."

"My surgical experience here was fine. However, they use a company called North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) for their anesthesia services/billing. This company is a nightmarishly difficult to deal with. Many reviews of incorrect billing, incompetent customer service reps, bills wrongfully sent to collections. I'll be switching to another office in the future."
