"Save yourself and time. Go somewere elce. Seriously the lady at the counter will even swear the doctors Cao is good. What a garbage bag of a doctor. She talked to me for maybe 1 min then sent me out the door. This place is honestly no good. If you actually want to find out what's wrong with you do not come here. All they want is your money. They do not care about actually helping anyone. Save your money and your brain by going somewere elce. I read the reviews and went anyways thinking it couldn't be that bad. Boy was I wrong. I still go here still have the same doctor and still feel the exact same way. This lady dose not care. Honestly save yourselfs do not come here"

"Dr Carter was very pleasant. Showed true concern and was very thorough. She explained in detail as to what she wanted to do and did it. So far everything is perfect. Thank you Dr Carter."

"Truly an asinine operation at this location. Every rx refill is like pulling teeth with the front desk who give the “I’m just doing my job” spiel when you push back. Refusing to send prior authorization for an existing, active, rx with many refills left. Claiming they “don’t have record” of my recent visit where they wrote the rx. One again, the sole reason for delaying my care is the refusal to refill the existing prescription- even when they’re reasoning is not based on medical or insurance necessity."

"So I went here for a Stat appointment for passing out. Upon arrival they said they have to reschedule me bc I don't have my 50 dollar co/pay. I'm a heavy equipment operator. It's 2 days before my payday. I let them know that over the phone and they said arrangements could be made. However I was turned away and I have outstanding insurance. I would not want my dog to go some where that put 50 bucks before his or her care!"

"Dr. Cao did something that not even the doctor's doctor could have done. She believed me!! For years, my body has been tingling, cramping, and twitching and doctor's who couldn't see the obvious, dismissed me. Dr. Cao saw me and did not know what was going on, but she said "I believe you are in pain, but I don't know what it is. I want to send you to John Hopkins and see what they say!" I went to Hopkins, they found my autoimmune disease. Dr. Cao had not heard of it, but she did her research, found medicines that worked for me, and has help me get my body back under control! I am so thankful to Dr. Cao for believing in me and for helping me find a solution! She is all business, kind, patient, and brilliant. I don't know how I would be functioning without her."
