"I was seen in the ER Saturday night after receiving a referral to this office and having the doctor tell me specifically they were obligated to see his patients when I called to set something up they told me that wasn’t how it worked. They don’t take referrals unless they’re accepting clients, and that basically I was out of luck. I’ve had to go back-and-forth on the phone with the ER and figure out what I need to do. Oh, but don’t worry for the low low price of anywhere from $800 to two grand a year they’ll see you but they want to make sure there’s a flat rate so they get their money No wonder this place is 2.6 stars already."

"I see the other comments here and can very much attest to the rudeness of the office manager. She is awful. Additionally, I went to this Practice for almost a decade and was generally happy with my doctor. Then in June of 2020 I lost my insurance and when I went to make an appt for routine care, the practice told me they would not see me without insurance. I was broken hearted that they would abandon me during a pandemic. Then when I took a new job and got new insurance, I called in to make an appt and was told the practice had dropped me as a patient because I had previously asked for a copy of my medical records. I clarified with them that I absolutely did not want to be dropped. They said they would make me an appt but since I had discussed multiple concerns, they would need to make multiple appts in a row and charge me for each. It is terrible to realize that the practice youve trusted with your health for years, is more concerned about making money than they are your well being. I am done with this practice."
