"The issues I have are not medically related. It is extremely difficult to reach them by phone! And I am having billing discrepancies. There have been so many different people at the front desk, I question unpaid charges. Especially when I have to pay first to be seen! Actually had to reschedule once when I left my wallet home. Otherwise, the doctors I've seen there are fantastic. Understand they have Interns so staffing seems to be relevant."

"This place is terrible. Unprofessional and not clean. Carts are rusty in the rooms. They are short staffed, the same person that checks you in, takes you to your room, does your xray and takes notes on a sticky note to pass to the doctor. More importantly, after a confirmed broken foot and recommended treatment I went back for a check up. Doctor said the reason why it looks still broken is because I was probably born with it that way and I am all set to go. Months later still having foot pain, I saw a second opinion, it was still broke and not 'born that way'! Now I have a bill from a second doctor because the doctor at this place was wrong I also have a bill from this place that was no help what so ever. Waste of time and money."
