"Rude front desk staff, long hold times and often never pick up, lpn with accent shoulder length black hair extremely rude. Love dr. Karlin but front desk staff and some employees very rude and unprofessional. Smacking lips and stomping off....snatching meds from someone's hand and shaking the head right to left while throwing a little tantrum is unacceptable. Hold times of 15 minutes plus nearly always....unacceptable.just went to pharmacy an nice nurse who said she handled it? No inhaler with new dosage instructions to go with new asthma action plan. Nothing in there."
