"Dr. Wigand is hard of hearing and does not always use his hearing aid so be prepared to raise your voice as he will do the same. I don't generally care to yell out what is wrong with me for everyone to hear. I felt very uncomfortable with Dr. Wigand as he examined my genitals without using gloves. When I asked him why he did this, his only answer was that he did not use gloves for genital exams. I would advise anyone to avoid this person as apparently when he graduated from med school in the 60's it was Ok to touch patient's private parts. My new doctor in the same field said you will either love him or hate him. Dr. Wigand is a very unkind person."
