It shouldn't take an act of Congress to have someone from this office call you back. That is common courtesy."

"The process for getting an appointment for a specialist felt odd. When speaking with the scheduler she asked for me to send my medical records before I even had an appointment. This feels like a data privacy issue, why would I send my medical records to a doctor before I have even confirmed an appointment or even spoken to them. Especially with no guarantee that I will actually get an appointment."
