I’ve seen close to 10 doctors over the last 4 years for my condition and she was able to figure out the main cause of my problems and help me. "Just don't go anywhere else. At least go here first if you have any inflamatory symptoms anywhere in your body including your respiratory and digestive systems, and joints. I have had symptoms in these areas all my life and have been treated symptomatically for each when they got worse without having a real diagnosis of a root problem. After a surgery, these systems basically shut down and I was immobilized with a pulse rate as if I was in a race. I went to pulmonary, cardiology, GI, neurology, endocrinology specialists. None could find the problem. Immunology was just about all that was left. "This review is overdue, since my family and I have been patients of Dr. Kaufman’s coming up on a year now. We are a military family always having to seek out new doctors and specialists with each relocation, and I can attest with certainty that we have never found had an allergist as thorough and attentive as Dr. Kaufman. Questions are answered quickly and in detail; I find it borderline astonishing how easy it is to make contact with Dr. K with a concern or request for advice. "I began seeing Dr. Kaufman after a very poor experience at a different allergist that led to a lot of anxiety around allergy shots. Her bedside manner and extreme responsiveness to any concerns I’ve had have calmed my nerves. Because she takes her time and ensures you don’t leave with any lingering questions, it can be expected to occasionally wait a few minutes for your appointment. I believe that any truly good doctor will usually have a short wait, and sometimes a longer wait. The nurses at this practice are extremely friendly, and the shot nurse is amazing! I never even feel the injections. You can tell that Dr. Kaufman has been intentional in forming her new practice with the right personalities and creating an environment that she would want her own family to experience. She’s always been very personable with the children I’ve seen coming and going from the office. I cannot recommend a better allergist in the area!"
