"Positive experience from beginning to end. For a place that nobody really wants to be at, the staff does wonderfully to make you feel safe and comfortable. The staff is divided up by stage of the surgery process so you will see many different faces. However, every person from intake through to discharge was personable, attentive to questions, seemed to know already what your concerns or fears would be, and was generally helpful in taking your mind off the stress of the surgery process. They made the best of a difficult experience."
