"Used to be good. Absolutely horrible experience now. PA’s don’t know what they are doing. Huge turnover in staff. Don’t trust them With your health"
"This used to be a good office. I had given a 5 star rating. Something has changed and I can not recommend this Dr. Office anymore. There is a helpful and caring PA and NP here, but the office staff leaves ALOT to be desired. If you have a serious need DON'T go here."
"Both myself & husband are very happy with the care and support from this practice. Everyone is caring and on point with our need, particularly Donna Southers. Highly Recommend!"
"Erika Powell is the absolute worst and should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere. Doesn't listen to her patients, constantly forgetting to write prescriptions, or writing prescriptions with improper dosages, or writing prescriptions with the drugs name and no dosage, these are just a few of the things I've experienced over the past year and a half of seeing her. Went in for a check up and spoke to get about terrible allergy/asthma issues, these were all ignored, had slightly elevated BP on last visit due to anxiety which I did explain to her (my BP was normal on readings at home)and she still decided to stick me on a moderately high dose of losartan/hctz which she initially wrote the wrong dosage for, called the next day to tell them the dosage was incorrect and see if there was a lower dose medication I could take as my BP wasn't crazy high at home, started calling at 10am, left a message, called again at 1pm, left a message, again at 3pm and got transferred to her nurse, finally got a call back around 4pm with the info that they had corrected the dosage and sent it in, when it was brought up about a lower dosage of another medication, I was basically told that it was either I take what I was given or I get nothing at all. Seems to me there was some $ involved in her pushing a drug. Since then (which was two weeks ago) I've found a new doctor, that cares, and listens to my concerns, doesn't write prescriptions with improper dosages, or forgets them all together, doesn't push drugs on people, and I will never go back to Erika or anyone at Princeton Family Medicine again. For anyone else who isn't happy here, I highly recommend Dr. Morrello."
"Everything was okay until I seen Erika Powell. Not only did she treat me coldly about my diagnosis she lied to me about getting my test results back and put me on an unnecessary medication."
