"I was seen in November. I checked in waited 20 min to be talked to for 2 minutes to be told “we don’t do blood work” and was turned away. Come to find out they charged me for turning me away. The nurse handed me a sheet with addresses to other locations. Waste of time and waste of money. I called the billing dept and the tech that answers said she’d take it up with someone internally and months later no response and still the same outstanding balance. Please beware"

"Unless you are scheduled to see Dr. Lampani, don’t bother going. You will consistently wait over an hour to see Dr. Perera. No respect for patient’s time. Lots of medical gaslighting."

I've always been able to make an appointment as soon as needed and always within a just a few days for non-urgent care. My Nurse Practitioner is wonderful to work with. I trust her and know that she listens to me. Her advice is always excellent, and she doesn't pressure me to make decisions before I'm ready. Our visits are relaxed and friendly. I recommend this Mary Washington Primary Care facility wholeheartedly."
