"As other reviewers have expressed, getting a returned call is ridiculous. Also, contradicting information makes me question putting trust into this office. Lastly, I've never experienced going into a doctors office and the doctors not reviewing tests results during an appointment. Especially when it's more than just routine blood work. They atleast glance at it while you're at the in person follow up and let you know everything looks good."

"Update 9.20.23 I keep calling, trying to pay my bill and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK They coded the blood tests wrong so I couldn't have medicare pay for them. Hence, I got no blood tests done. The wording on the LabCorp paperwork was, "we don't cover for this condition". WHAT "condition"? It was an annual physical I haven't had in 3 yrs. I called. 1 week later still no reply. I called again. Was told it was coded wrong and she sent it to Dr Alexander. Who didn't reply. She said she would walk it to her to get an answer. 1 week later, still no reply. They code things incorrectly in order to get money from Medicare. It's not an "annual physical", it's "alcohol screening, advance life directive". Chancellor Primary care is not a caring place. They are a business, there to get money, not take care of people who need care."

"I've been coming here for over a year and the staff has been unprofessional the entire time. The first time I came here, my Dr told me her nurse's medical condition and that the nurse "didn't believe in taking medication". She said it wasn't a HIPAA violation because they are friends. I stuck it out, thinking I wouldn't need to come often. Most recently I notified the receptionist during my appointment confirmation phone call that I had covid and was on quarantine. I specifically asked if it was okay if I still come in, she said it wouldn't be a problem and forwarded me to the nurses station where I left a detailed message. 2 days passed and I never got a call back. When I went in the for appointment, the staff acted like I had never notified them. I will not be returning."
