"This was my first experience at One Medical having just switched insurance. Dr. Melo was absolutely fantastic. She was very easy to talk to, and was very thorough in her questions. I've already recommended her to some of the other new hires on my team that are searching for a primary care physician."

"Just moved into this area and wanted to go here through convenience and finding a PCP. But according to their website there are two pages of physicians consisting of ONLY Caucasian descent and East Asian doctors. It’s 2023, American Black and South Asian doctors should be at every large practice. There are many doctors of that background, treatment is different. As a POC I can tell you it gives off an impression that’s not a positive one. By the way it should also be at least 5-10 of a combination of American Black, African, or South Asian/Indian, Not just 1 either."

"Probably one of the most thorough well visits I’ve had in years. Dr. Damon is so kind and thoughtful, and checked everything. I had a full 30 min consult with her, and she saw me on time. The lab staff was also friendly and efficient! Love this office space too, it’s so calming."

"I would not recommend this office. I was going to the Tyson’s location where I really liked both Dr Lim and Dr Kim, but thought this would be more convenient. Big mistake. Dr. Melo did an “annual check up”, which was basically asking me my medical history and then taking my blood pressure and checking my heart beat. I did not feel like she actually checked me to ensure I am healthy. In a previous annual, Dr Kim found a tumor in my neck. Dr. Melo wouldn’t have because she didn’t even check anything. Then she rushed me out and mischarged my lab work, which I’ve been trying to message one medical about. She has been ignoring my messages and the admin staff has been super unhelpful and take over a week to respond each time. I do not recommend this practice! Go to Tyson’s if you are a member."
