"I usually don't write reviews but your practice earned this!​This is for you Ms.Ursa :First of all-when you are in that post of attending the calls, and guiding the patients to your practice-you are an important face to represent your practice!Respect that! 1)When you give your email id over the phone-have the courtesy to pronounce letter by letter so that its easier for other person to take ​a quick note. Email ids are not 2 letter words that anybody can memorize it over the span of 2 seconds-My name is not a common name here-and I still spell each letter of my name when I call customer care executives over the phone to verify my identification! What is so wrong in that---​3 to4 times I had to request you to spell your email id, you could have saved both our precious time by spelling each letter in your email id. 2)​Kindly request your doctor or the IT Admin to update the information on your website-to clearly change as "Not accepting new patients". 3)If you are unable to update that-then do accept new patients. 4)​Ms.Ursa, you told me-the doctor is unable to see me at this moment ,and you can still put me on schedule with a nurse to diagnose my medical condition-I respected that and it was so kind of you to do that -but please explain me if you can----when you ask my doctor to send the reports via fax and email id and then when you receive those-you simply email saying---after reviewing your reports-we are not able to put you on our nurse practitioner’s schedule at this time.​Well!!!!!!Who does that? Is this a common practice in all medical clinics all across US? Just by looking at the limited reports-how can someone diagnose the problem and decide not to see that patient. Is it a kind or sort of racism ,or hatred ,or differentiation----I am curious and at the same time disappointed. I waited for 2 days for you to return the call for the new appointment because you asked me to fax my medical reports. I am curious and still wondering what was so unusual in my medical reports that-you denied my request for new appointment? Is it the age factor, or my name is so unusual or you wanted more abnormalities in my medical reports---what was it?I want to know---On what basis you simply send an email saying after looking at your reports---we can't move forward ! 5)If your practice accepts referred patients-this should have been clearly communicated to me over the phone on the same day when I requested a new appointment. ​Completely disappointed -You guys don't deserve any star or any rating to be honest-----however there will be 100's disappointed common people like me who just let go of this sort of behavior by simply posting publicly a bad review-but this needs to stop somewhere----Being in medical field-respect the patients-respect the opportunity that you were given to serve the mankind! Yes-you have got full right not to see a patient-but just don't come to that decision by simply looking at the reports! I would be happy to know if I can get a clear reason on what basis you or your nurse decided not to accept new patients just by looking at the emailed and faxed reports!"

"Dr Catherine Ellis of Endocrine Health and Wellness has been so wonderful in helping to diagnose and treat my new thyroid issue that started several months ago. She listened to all my concerns and followed up with my questions. She has been very caring and responsive.
