"Lied about being part of the federal E.A.P. (employee assistance program) then when I got into the office they tried to get me to pay a 200$ copay. If your not part of the E.A.P. you need to remove your self from the list or tell people the truth when they call and ask if you are, don't try to trick people into paying 200$. Couldn't be seen due to this situation. Low character and morals in this office is all I saw in the 10 minuets I was there."
