"Katesha Broadus is a okay counselor. She abandoned my husbands session today after he had been in contact with her prior to the end of the 15 minute grace period. She never responded to his messages and send a automated message once the 15 minutes had passed. She once had him wait 30 minutes while she was getting herself together. She did not do a wellness check or communicate back with him once. She is unprofessional and clearly does not care for her patients. We have not yet received a refund from her either or a real message. Poor counselor. I recommend choosing someone else"
