Walmart Pharmacy

"The service is always great and I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year. A special shout out to Danny at the pick up counter. He is the nicest man always smiling and giving a helping hand and words of encouragement. The pharmacy staff is excellent. My prescriptions are filled promptly."

"Absolutely horrible experience! When I get there the man Danny/Dave (one) of those names was conversing about my script with Jeff ACROSS THE PHARMACY mind you it’s people behind me in line, and people in the store. This guy is loud! Needless to say what they had was expired and Jeff said Friday (2 days away) but I should check tomorrow, I told him they could’ve been more discreet about my personal business. I call the next day and get major attitude from the dreadlock dude, I ask can I plz speak to Jeff. He said “yeah ok” left me on hold for so long I forgot I was on hold. I hang up and call back and he proceeded to argue with me. Never again"

"Horrible customer service in pharmacy. My grandmother needed her prescription and she ask me to take her get it. Walmart had no scooter so I told her I will go inside to get it. Unfortunately I needed my id and I didn’t have it. So I asked I can get her ID and bring it back, since she can’t walk far. The head Pharmacist intervened and tells me no rudely. Then I ask can someone go check her Id in the car since it was not busy (I was only person in line) and it was over 6 associates in the pharmacy. She raised her voice and start ranting and raving about state law. So now I feel like she trying to belittle me. So now I raised my voice and ask wells can someone find her a scooter so she can come in and get her prescription since it’s no drive thru. At this point she yelling at to off her lungs she can’t help me and so on and I’m beyond angry and walked away. Didn’t even offer to give me the prescription that didn’t require an ID. I always referred people and members that I service to Walmart pharmacy I will no longer tell anyone to go there. I also transferred my grandmothers. my mothers, and my family prescription to CVS."

"Always closing early due to lack of pharmacists or some other ridiculousness. If they paid people better wages I'm sure that would improve that problem. But overall, the pharmacy tends to have some rude staff too which is normal at most pharmacies. Speak to you know you know what they know when you are a client and have no idea, especially if it's your first time on medication. There is a pharmacist there, male, he was really nice though so at least there's that lol"

"I have filled my prescriptions a handful of times here. The first two visits were fine; no issues. The past two visits were not. The same tech both times made me feel very uncomfortable. One of my prescriptions are filled for 3 months and they bottle it into 3 separate bottles. He made a comment on how many bottles I was getting. The second time with the same tech read my prescription aloud including the dosage. I’ve never had anyone ever do that. For these two reasons is why I am rating them two stars."
