"Complete one stop shop for addiction, heart, body and soul. Warm, caring and compassionate staff that make you feel like family. If you’re curious, you get to keep you cell phone unless in a group meetings or lights out and you get to wear your own clothes. Food is nutritious. There are outings. They have an outdoor area if you’re a smoker and have a gym if you’re a healthy type. Basically you’re not treated like a child or a “bad guy”, but just more of somebody bold enough to ask for help. I even made some friends there, that I still keep in contact with. I really owe this place for me getting my life back and how it’s even improved due to their program. I don’t yelp or write reviews, but I do fully encourage anyone seeking help, seek them out."

"Great facility where you’re not treated like a child in jail. The staff respects your autonomy and allows you to remain connected to the outside world (they don’t confiscate your cell phone). The day is filled with group sessions that include CBT, DBT and 12- step therapy. I found that the 12 step program wasn’t for me so I was able to work in my SMART recovery workbook. Even though this program is 12 step centered my counselors understood that I preferred SMART and allowed me to work on the program as well, which was incredibly helpful. They truly want you to succeed. I was a fish out of water being a city gal in the heart of Bible Land but it was a fantastic experience and I’m going strong 9 months later! Many thanks to Robert & Gwen, who are wonderful counselors that helped me find the good in life. Highly recommended."

"The woman Mary who answers the phone for people who want help treats them as a nuisance. She should find a different field. I’m fighting for my life and Mary seemed like she couldn’t care less. I’ve never met anyone so rude at pathways."

"I sometimes wish I was still there. I can say that all the staff was awesome and truly do care. I sometimes feel that I left the best part of me there. The part that I liked. Oh and they treat you like a human being not an addict. But they do have rules for your safety which needs to be."

"I have worked with many of the Pathways staff and patients. A beautiful setting for recovery at The Lodge and a caring staff at VBH. Many who are not willing to surrender to the program find themselves disgruntled. Don't listen to that noise."
