"I am compelled to share my feedback regarding a recent interaction with one of your pharmacy technicians. While I generally appreciate the service provided by your establishment, there have been instances where the customer service fell short of expectations. Today, when inquiring about my fiancé's medication, I encountered a situation where the pharmacy tech (the same one, I’ve had issues with before) repeatedly insisted that I call the doctor because the prescription was denied. While I understand the importance of following protocol, I was seeking clarification on the reason for denial so that I could communicate effectively with the doctor. As someone not versed in pharmacy procedures, this experience was frustrating. Being in the medical field myself, I value professionalism and clear communication. It is disheartening to encounter instances where the service does not align with the positive experiences I have come to expect. While I acknowledge that this may not be a pervasive issue, it has occurred frequently enough to warrant my attention. I believe in supporting local businesses, and it is my hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. I trust that addressing such instances will contribute to a more positive and mutually beneficial customer-pharmacy relationship in the future."

"What a great pharmacy, who really cares for their clients! Someone in my household came down with covid and was prescribed the anti viral. I called, inquiring when to pick it up, and they told me they were going to expedite the order and I could come right away for pick up! I was prepared to wait hours but the fact that they went out of their way to rush it means that the person will be feeling relief that much sooner. They brought the prescription, along with a couple items, out to my vehicle and wished us good health. I called them for thanks but felt I should do more to recognize them, so here I am. Support your local small businesses, Denbigh Pharmacy. These people are great. I have been there just a handful of times, but based on the interactions I have noticed, they really seem to treat everyone like family."

"The folks at Denbigh Pharmacy always go out of their way to help. I have been going there since I was a little boy with my grandparents and the old school feel and familiar, friendly banter still exist. Recently, I had a prescription that insurance was giving me a hard time about, though it was necessary for me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call hours later and they had gotten with my dr to correct it, and applied a manufacturers coupon to make it affordable since the copay was still going to be high. Thanks for always taking care of those young and old."
