"Smithfield location is the bomb! Great employees who care and Pharmacist too!"
"They are just super very professional like an old town drug store they've called my doctor's office to get renewals they found me coupons online save me money made recommendations to me and I've even gotten shots there they've been 100% on par love this Pharmacy. And if you call them they will pick up the phone and help you."
"I dropped off a few very urgent prescriptions for my son and said please call me right away because he needs them tonight. The lady who first took them was very friendly and seemed to be doing her best to get then filled. I asked her to call as soon as she could fill them and i would come pick them up. She said she would. After hours go by, I call and a man said they had them filled but no one ever called me. I said I would come in. I left right away ( I live about 5 minutes away) . He never told me on the phone they were closing in a few minutes. I got there 2 minutes after closing and it was all locked up and no one was there. I wasn't able to get them in time, so my son had to go without them. I'll be going back at opening tomorrow morning. The ball was dropped somewhere when I never got a call, then again when the man on the phone didn't say they were closing in a few minutes."
"Just had the worst experience. I received a mailer offering $25.00 in free groceries with the Transfer of a qualifying prescription. I called and spoke to a male pharmacist who handled my transfer and once it was ready I proceeded to pick up. I was told my prescription did not qualify as a Transfer because it was a refill my doctor had just called in to Rite aid making it a new number. I understood that but I felt it should have been explained to me at the time I called to set it up. I was pleasantly expressing the confusion and my disappointment because I pay less at Rite Aid for the same medication (but because of the mailer and the prescription plan offered by Kroger I was willing to proceed) only to be interrupted by a Female Pharmacist (she was a fill-in) who says loudly "Well we can just transfer it back to Rite Aid"! I said Really, so that's how you address potential customers? Yes, Transfer it back! I then spoke with a Store Manager named Chessie who listened, apologized, saw my emotions and asked me how to correct the situation. I told her I appreciated her listening and told her I will not be coming back. I can't tell her what to do. I already told her I have 5 monthly prescriptions, was interested in their 36.00 annual prescription plan and I have a family of 6! If you don't know how to fix this, This aint the store for me! I kindly went back to Food Lion and Rite Aid!"
