"I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. On November 5, 2022, I came into Walmart pharmacy to find out when my daughter would get her 2nd Gardasil shot. Erica W. (pharmacist) took the time to explain how my daughter’s 1st shot was a year ago, and I had to get the 2nd shot within five months. I asked about getting the covid booster for me and covid booster & flu shot for my daughter. Erica W. gave us the paperwork to fill out, immediately registered us, and gave us the shots. Erica advised me to get the shingle shot and explained why, so I did. I went home to get my other daughter to be vaccinated, and because of the excellent service we received, I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Walmart’s pharmacy. I am so impressed! What a remarkable person. Walmart has a customer for life!"

"It's so stressful picking up medication from here. I have to call every month because somehow they don't use my insurance card on file, and they say it's not covered. I tell them I have insurance, check your computer, then they put it through and it's magically covered lol if I don't do that, they don't call me and let me know that there's an issue, so I end up waiting a while in the store while they just switch it to my insurance and apparently that takes 30 mins . I got new insurance for the new year and called ahead to give them the info to hopefully avoid this, and without fail, the same thing happened. I saw on the app that my prescription isn't filled and still had to call again. It's mind boggling."
