"Not gonna lie even through tough treatments I used to enjoy going to Hanns Pharmacy but went there this week and was surprised to see how unwelcoming and unhelpful the new staff is at their new location inside. Time to back to my old pharmacy ... Hanns has lost it's charm and what I loved them for. I mean why be a pharmacist esp the blonde girl with short hair in the front if you're going to have a ton of attitude with people who are obviously going though stuff. The young male pharmacist was OK but not much better."

"Huge shout out to Tania and the Hann’s pharmacy family for turning what was sure to be a terrible day around. After an unexpected weather delay prevented my fertility meds from arriving and potentially ending my IVF cycle 6 days in she came through in a BIG way. Not only were they able to get me set up with the meds I needed to hold me over till my shipment arrived but her demeanor through it all truly helped put me at ease. She was well worth the 1.5 hr drive from Baltimore. I only wish we lived closer as I would undoubtedly be a repeat customer. Do yourself a favor and give yourself the gold standard patient/customer experience you deserve and head to Hann’s pharmacy where you are so much more than just a number."

"I reached out to Hann's Pharmacy when needing to purchase several fertility medications for my IVF cycle. Out of 10+ fertility pharmacies nationwide that I received quotes from, Hann's provides the BEST prices & is fantastic to work with! They provided great communication via email & once my RE sent in my prescriptions, they called me within a half hour to arrange purchase & delivery. I received my medications the next day via UPS (I live in South FL). I will absolutely use Hann's Pharmacy again & highly recommend their services! Thank you for making this part of the process so easy & more affordable!"

"updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars! ORIGINAL REVIEW : I had the bad luck dealing with this pharmacy and not having any other choices than them for fertility treatment. They are rude I had last minutes order injections and I called to ask the coverage and my responsibility the person says it is not covered. I called my insurance to double check and IT IS covered. the dr needs to send the details for the authorization…etc I called the dr to send the details, and call the pharmacy back the person rudely said they only cover pharmacy plans and not medical plans. COULDNT you say this from the start? I can tell, He is not here to help but here to just fill orders, get things paid out of pocket and hang down the phone as soon as he can. I am working with my clinic to find me a competitor and if this means I drive to Maryland to get my medication I will gladly do, I told my clinic. after calls and me refusing to come to this pharmacy. My clinic directed me to call Tanya instead of the rude guy they have as I had no alternative given that it is w-end. Tanya did a good job and apologized even though I didn’t even complain to her. ** UPDATED REVIEW**: Kristen called me to solve the issue and she explained everything “why my medication was not covered under medical there” and “why he couldn’t tell me that from start”. overall i’m pleasantly surprised with the care I got and I appreciate such an effort. If I can get my medication at a competitive price here, I would certainly come back. It is great to see a place that cares about its customers."
