"My experience with this particular company was terrible. I did not receive proper training from the front end, just kind of thrown out to the wolves. The program was not developed causing me to have to write the manual and procedures. I received little to no support or appreciation during my tenure. There were days others did not come to work without calling in. I would work my 40 plus hours, but majority of staff did not. Some would be out for long periods of time and get paid for full time hours, which was definitely de-motivating to say the least. Others would work less than 20 hours weekly and get full time pay. There was no advertising for the services nor did broad credentialing occur. Partiality or favoritism was rampant. Communication was non-existent. Clients were seen as paychecks and seemingly devalued. Some of the practices were questionable and bordering on being unethical."
