"My prescriptions are usually ready in a timely manner. The Pharmacist is very diligent about ensuring I know about my meds and always asks if I have questions or is sure to tell me of possible interactions with other meds. Love it"

"Do not fill your script here. This is by far the worst of any pharmacy in the greater Richmond area. I called in a script that took over 24 hours for then to even get around to. I have COVID and when I mentioned that I cannot wait around for 2 hours after the time they gave me, the pharmacist then claimed I was "threatening his staff." Unbelievable. I believe they made that claim because I asked the staff not to refer to me as "love" because I find it inappropriate and offensive. After that, is when they claimed that she claimed was threatening, for telling them over the phone that I can't wait inside because I have COVID. This is after they told me my script was filled, when it actually was not. And I just drove half an hour out to pick it up, all while sick. Disgusting behavior, and the staff should be ashamed, and frankly, fired for making the kind of claims about normal people."

"I really tried to be patience, you know I worked with you when you shorted my my cancer meds, and i tried to overlook the fact you have a text message alert system that may or may not work. But now this last thing, I am going to have to get a whole new doctor and wean off a med that is a quality of life thing, and all because you say something is ready, I get there and you have not even contacted the doctor yet. I thought nothing was worse then Optum RX, well here you are and I guess I was wrong."

"Waiting in the line for over 20 mins pressed the call button twice and each time she told me with a customer be with you in one - two mins. grossly unacceptable to let a customer wait outside plus then you have a line behind me so you're making me wait plus all the other people behind me expect better from Kroger"
