"We love our doctor’s office - staff are kind and responsive, waiting room is clean, and the patient portal makes messaging easy. After hours we get easy access to advice through a nurse triage team. We see Dr Gabriel who is super knowledgeable and takes great care of our two young kids, spotting any concerns early and referring to specialty care when needed. Her bedside manner is excellent and she engages our kids so they think going to the doctor is a fun outing. Have seen the other doctors for occasional sick visits and they’re all great too!"

"This is the most frustrating doctors office to take your children to. I have never seen such a long wait times. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You get there at one time for your appointment and wait an hour to see a nurse and another hour to see a “doctor.”Would never in my life. Take another child to this place ,doctor benson Faulk performs prostates check up on infants without wearing gloves absolutely gross never again."

"This is an overall better location than Landstown, in my opinion. The office staff are much, much, more kinder and accommodating here. Dr.Charette & Dr.Wiley are amazing, the others are too. The smaller space gives off much more efficiency and one-on-one patient care."

"Whenever our child gets sick when I call them to get appointment, they never ever have available doctor. You have to wait at least 1 or 2 days. So in 2 days you have to deal with fever and all other symptoms. Their easy solution is take your child to emergency service. They do have 2 locations and 7 doctors but those 7 doctors never work same day. They do work 3 days in a week , that’s why they always booked and busy. We decided to change pediatrician. If you are looking for pediatrics, when your child get sick , take care your child right away, this is not right pediatric because they are always busy."

"Dr. Velazquez is AMAZING!! She has been my kids primary care physician since they were babies and I have been very happy with her care. She listens to my concerns, addresses all concerns in detail, and doesn't rush me out of the appointment. They have multiple locations so it's relatively easy to get a same day appointment when you have a sick kid which is comforting! I highly recommend this practice!!"
