"We had seen Dr. McNeill when our children were infants/toddler and are back as pre-teens/teens. Military life moves you around but are glad to be back working with Dr. McNeill again. She takes time to talk to the patients and the parents, collectively working hard to solve any problem that arises taking into account everyone's perspective. Our pediatrician in between ignored parent/teenager concerns and it was very disheartening. Dr. McNeil and her staff is always available by phone call or email. They have been touch even on their days off! We couldn't be happier for the care we receive. She makes us feel like we are her most important patients of the day every time. Her office staff does the same too. I don't know how they manage to be so happy and helpful all the time, but we appreciate it so much! If you are looking for a thorough, kind, and knowledgeable pediatrician for your child, look no further than Dr. Dianne McNeill and her staff. You won't regret it. Promise!"

"Dr. Dianne McNeill is WONDERFUL!!! She has been my daughter's pediatrician ever since she was born in 2011. She branched out of Suffolk and got her own practice in Chesapeake. She was so good and trustworthy I decided to stay with her and drive 45 minutes to an hour just to keep her as my daughters doctor. In 2013 I made a big decision and moved a few miles away from Richmond. Long story short....I drive 2 hours to keep her as my daughter's pediatrician. One of many reasons why I love her and feels that she is the best is, when my daughter was a couple of months she looked at her finger and saw that it was curved wrong. She told me it was a small sign that she MAY have some developmental issues later. Years later, she did. She has been diagnosed with autism and had some developmental delays. She prepared me early on for this long beautiful journey. She has done so much more for us and always a phone call away. Luckily, my daughter doesn't get sick that much. Either way, I will continue to take that 2 hour drive. Now I'm just waiting for her to get an at home video call program. That would be great!!"
