"First off the staff here is great but Motley is rude rough and inefficient. She does not know how to deal with kids if my child says ouch you don't keep doing what you're doing and hurting them. You also don't call my other daughter fat that is trying her best on the track team. My wife and I are currently searching for a new pediatrician I'm done."

"Staff that answered the phone at 12:01 on today was extremely unprofessional. Answers the phone with “this is abc”. When I state the nature of my call she proceeds to say “ well you gonna have to wait til tomorrow, bc we short staffed. It’s just me and her and I’m in the back and I’m not going to the front right now”. Then the lady in the front yells up telling her to tell me she would call me back. My child is not on anyone’s time when it comes to his care. So staffing is not my problem, and the people left to have extraordinary customer service need to work in fast food. I will not be bringing my child to this location and will be sure to give this review to anyone considering the office. Greatly disappointed after being recommended here!"

"Parents BEWARE!!!! After seeing some of the other reviews my husband and I decided to try this place since we didn’t like the last pediatrician. At my one month old daughters visit here we were incredibly disturbed. There was a strong odor of bleach in the room we were put in, the walls and ceilings were disgusting, and the table was duck taped together. Not only that Dr. Motley came in and to my surprise she didn’t use hand sanitizer (there were no dispensers throughout the whole office), didn’t washer her hands, and didn’t wear gloves (as there weren’t any in the room, we checkered) before she proceeded to observe and check out my daughter including her private parts!!! I was astonished that she even has her license. This place was disgusting and I advise everyone to FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! One star is far too many!!!"

"My son is four and I have never had a problem here at Dr. Motleys. She fits me in no problem, her wait time isn't too crazy( she has taken a lot of Dr.Stiffs old patients so wait time can be an issue for some ppl I guess)prior to that I was in and out! She is FAST and Very Efficient! She listens and respects my opinion. Her team is WONDERFUL friendly and efficient."
