"It has taken me years to post this review. This woman Dr. Cloud had me arrested over a $25 copay. My daughter was sick and had to visit the office multiple times for follow-ups. I was charged a co-pay for each follow-up visit concerning the same condition. I refused to continue to pay these copays and contacted my insurance provider who said this was not customary. She meanwhile actually filed criminal charges which were dismissed. Awful Human. Go elsewhere."

"Had Dr Alamin and Cloud in Gloucester for my Grandson. Dr. Rose Cloud was who he saw primarily and he saw her a lot. She was very thorough, professional and was accurate in her diagnosis. She remembered him when he would come in and remember his medical history. Although the office in Gloucester is now closed, I would go to Newport News if my grandson needed to see a Dr.."

"Dr. Cloud is amazing. Switched my daughter here when she turned three months. Everyone is nice. Dr. Cloud is patient, thorough, and knows her stuff. I have Peace of mind during each visit. Never waited no longer than 10 minutes to see her (she doesn't overbook her appointments like the last pediatrician we had). Her diagnosis have always been to the T and everything she's called on it (symptoms to expect and how long they last) have been spot on. Definitely recommend her office. UPDATE: I am updating my review because of my most recent visits with Dr. Cloud. My child will be three in a few months. A few months back we were trying to sign her up for daycare but found out her shot records were out of date. When asked, Dr. Cloud insisted on speaking through her Front desk representative stating, “she didn’t feel like she was responsible for ensuring she had those particular shots as they should’ve been completed with her previous Pediatrician”. Understandable, but as her Primary acting pediatrician, your training years of schooling in which you swore under oath to ensure the care of my child as well as any child you see. We look to her doctor to ensure that on the medical side she is healthy and on the up and up. I didn’t go to school for this she did. That includes insuring all mandatory shots are provided. This is my only child so a lot of things I am still learning. As her pediatrician, you she could have at least made us aware that they weren’t completed when we initially came to her and we would’ve gotten them completed. Luckily, the daycare understood that they have to be administered a certain time period. But this experience has been not only unprofessional but irresponsible on her end. To avoid any other confusion, after her last shot, we will be switching doctors yet again. She ensures to remind me about a flu shot that my child is not getting but couldn’t bother to tell me mandatory shots were missing. I question the real intentions of her and the trust has been broken here. The most recent visit (sick visit) was a little eerie. It was a follow up as my child’s symptoms hadn’t changed after a month. She’s had these symptoms before and usually they go away after we finish the mediciation. Dr. Cloud couldn’t even recall the last visit when I brought her in about these symptoms. She brought back a visit from 4 months back when we clearly came in months after about this issue. I felt she was blaming me for “not bringing her in sooner”. On top of this the prescriptions she wrote were unprofessional as the pharmacist pointed out she did not sign the bottom of one of them & was unable to see if the insurance covered it. Luckily I was able to pay for it out of pocket. The older visit she recalled was for the same issue and nothing has changed. I’m starting to question if this is retiring age for her she seemed a little out of it. Anywho, as a parent I understand no one is perfect. But leaving all of the responsibility to the doctor to make decisions for your kid is not the best thing to do. Start thinking twice about what they recommend. Start paying attention. Now I just don’t know about this lady. Make your own decision."

"Dr. Cloud is a brilliant and caring pedestrian. The office returns my calls very promptly. When we have an appointment scheduled, we are never left to wait. A few months ago, I had to page Dr. Cloud on a Saturday and she called me back within a few minutes. Their office is beautifully decorated with colorful colors and has items for your little one to play with. It is a shame that people only want to leave a comment when they don't have anything nice to say and when someone does have a good experience they don't take the time. I am guilty of this too I only put this comment on here until I saw Dr. Clouds google maps rating. I have been going to her for 2.5 years."

"Staff and doctor are horrible. It's like pulling teeth out trying to get anything done like going to a specialist when it is outside the scope of practice for the doctor. They hound you for copay. They are rude, they violate HIPPA law by leaving detailed, private messages through voicemail. I wouldn't recommand anybody to go to this doctor."
