"Just moved here so first time at this doctors office. Our appointment was at 9:20. It is now 1032 and we are still waiting. We’re just told that there’s one patient ahead of us. Everybody has their pet peeve of mine is being late. I understand you’ll have to wait 10 or 15 minutes sometimes but over an hour it’s just absolutely ridiculous to me.The doctor however was very nice and knowledgeable."

"I work in the medical field, and trying to reach this office is like pulling TEETH with rusty pliers! ALL of the numbers to press, every last one of them state that the voice box is FULL! Highly unacceptable in the medical field!!! VERY disappointed!"

"Dr. Arrieta has been my children’s doctor for 18 years. She spends good time with them giving them thorough exams. I thought my 2 oldest would want to switch doctors since they are taking themselves now. But all 4 children love Dr. Arrieta and they will probably stay with her until she tells them they’re too old to return. I have not had an issue with her staff."

"I used to love this practice. The doctor is great. However the staff is not. Their newer receptionist is very rude. She always has attitude and will sit there and ignore you. Sad to say I am switching doctors just because of it after 5 years of going to them."
