"She is a great Doctor! She cares about all her patients as if they were her own kids. My son is 15 yrs old and has been going to Dr. Boone since he was born. The staff is friendly, professional and they treat you like family. The office can get crowded and the wait time sometimes is long, but that's only because so many parents come to her and trust her with their kids."

Her office may be hard to contact in the morning but that tells you that she is a very trusted doctor to many kids and parents love her. "Do not bring your child to this practice. We brought our daughter here after having a not so great experience at a larger practice. We were hoping to have more personalized 1:1 care with a doctor and that did not happen. We sat around for 2.5 hours with very little interaction or information from medical staff on what was going on. They did not request our child's records from the previous doctor as they said they would so instead they just let us sit in the office for hours. No one communicated that they did not have what they needed (which could've been easily resolved with a call to the previous pediatrician), how long the wait would be, what they would be doing to her today....nothing. No communication. Nursing staff was very rude and demonstrated no compassion or even interest in caring for people. I was literally in tears begging them to care for my child and it didn't matter. I'm appalled that this is the healthcare system that we pay for in the country."

"The office staff is HORRIBLE! But Dr.Boone is WONDERFUL. My kids have been going here since babies & every time they come we wait over 1 to 2 hours to be seen. The new receptionist which is Dr.Boone sister, IS VERY RUDE & NASTY. She talks to and treat the patients any kind of way! Dr.Boone will NOT do anything about it, instead she says that’s her “sister”. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! My kids love their doctor but we will be switching doctors because of the constant disrespect & the wait time, even when you get in the back you still have to wait addition time on top of the time you already waited to be seen! Anything can be wrong with your child & the only person out of the office who cares is Dr.Boone even her nurses don’t care neither. The whole office staff is family!! The 2 nurses are mother & daughter!"
