"Yes, sometimes the waits can be a little long, but that's because both doctors take their time with their patients and don't rush you. We primarily see Dr. Zachary, but we love both physicians. I've never felt the sensation where the doctor is inching backwards with his or her hand reaching for the doorknob that I've felt other places. The doctors have called me at home to see how my child is doing with treatment, and treat my now 11 year old with great respect, never laughing at his questions or demeaning him in the slightest. The nurses are incredibly caring, and understand that the parents of sick kids sometimes need a little TLC themselves! We love JRP!"
