"I have seen De Morgan for a few years, yes he is knowledgeable but his patient manner and professionalism are the worst so far. Yesterday I had one of my worst experience with him at the Falls Church location. Yes, I did waited too long to write a review about this awful provider. I still don't know how he can practice in the USA because his unprofessionalism has overtaken his knowledge. He definitely treats patients like ignorants. He was very rude explaining how insurances work and how my insurance was not going to be covering services at the office. I have 10+ years of experience working in the dental/medical field and I am very knowledgeable about insurances which he didn't know about. But he still insisted of my clueless knowledge. Of course after I told him I wanted to get done only the services that my insurance was going to cover (preventative services), immediately he showed his face of disappointment. He then pointed at his watch and stated that my appointment was going to be over in 9 minutes. He is definitely a money oriented doctor who careless about the patients health. Never been in an office where the provider will remark you the minutes left of the appointment. On my way out I requested my medical records and on the chief complain he maked up conditions and he blamed it to the nurse. My medical record is signed by him but it is inaccurate waste your time with this kind of provider."

"I had a visit here July 2nd and really liked the doctor. So much, that I had hoped to make him my new primary care doctor after recently moving to the area. They said I would be billed after insurance processed the claim. Months passed, and I got the EOB from my insurance but no bill. Some offices are slower than others so I just waited. Nov 6, I suddenly received a collections notice from a third party company. This was my FIRST BILL with any indication of the amount due or how to pay. I paid it immediately, same day it arrived. Since then, my wife and I have been harassed multiple times a week by the third party debt collection company "Kinum" employed by this doctors office. I have answered their calls, spoken to their (nasty and rude) debt collectors, sent them letters by regular and certified mail with copies of my paid receipt from Nov 6, called them during their business hours (they rarely answer but I have left many messages on their voice-mail), and called the doctors office multiple times to confirm they received the payment IN NOVEMBER and ask them to call off their dogs. All to no avail. The doctors billing office seemed surprised that the collections company was harassing me, but apparently did nothing to make them stop because it continues. 6 months since I paid this bill and I'm still being harassed by their bill collectors. Highly recommend avoiding any providers associated with this office and their horrible billing practices."
