"The doctors here are questionable, to say the least. And downright rude. The NP Jan-Marie seems to be the only trustworthy, friendly and helpful provider in the whole office. They still have very strict covid policies in place. Honestly strict is an understatement. If your child has any cold symptoms you will not be allowed to enter the office. They will make you wait in your car for a phone call, once you receive the call they will then ask you a series of questions regarding your child’s symptoms. They then will consult with the provider, and have you wait for another phone call. Once you have received the second call, you then have to drive over to their tented test area for covid testing, where you wait some more for someone to come out and test your child. Once tested they have you drive back over to the main parking area wait for a third phone call with the results before being allowed into the office to see a provider. This whole process takes about 2 hours on average. (We’ve gone through it every time we’ve had a sick visit, about 6-7 times.) so that’s 2 hours in the parking lot alone, now once you do make it into the office, you’ll be waiting another 1-2 hours before seeing a provider. So plan on at the least a 4 hour visit. And what’s absolutely ridiculous, is say you come back for a follow up on a sick visit, they will make you go through the whole Covid process again, even though they just tested your child days before. And it doesn’t matter if they were positive or negative, they still make you do it. It’s so ridiculous my insurance company started questioning all the back to back Covid test. Needless to say we have since switched to a different office, and we couldn’t be happier. No more pointless waiting for test, questionable providers, and unnecessarily bad attitudes."

"Everytime I come here for my child it's always something different Noone knows what the heck they are talking about misdiagnose my child and try to tell me I'm not a good mother. Tessa is by far the worst of them all along with Roger's definitely switching Dr's Update I've had my last straw with these Dr's please don't take your children here all they do is accuse and lie to get you in trouble and Tessa will make sure to make you feel like a horrible parent."

"We are very pleased with our experiences so far at MountainView Pediatrics! We’ve had a handful of last minute needs and they have come through EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We’ve had very little wait times and nothing but top notch service. I HIGHLY recommend them."

"I honestly wish I could put 0 stars. Every time I go to an appointment, I have to sit there for hours (when no one is there) just to wait on a doctor to come in then they just walk out and leave me in the room longer while I can hear them in the office laughing and literally making things in the microwave. They made me go back and forth to different pharmacys to get a shot (that i had to wait at least an hour just to get a shot) then made me sit in the room for a few more hours just to wait on them to give me the shot. They are very very very slow and I know I will NEVER come back here."
