"My son was diagnosed with ASD by Dr. Brennan in August and i have yet to recieve any documentation on his diagnosis. I asked them to send it to me, my sons pediatrician, and the local school and none of us ever recieved the information. I called multiple times leaving voicemails and talking to the staff. Its been almost a year since my sons diagnosis and i have no proof of his diagnosis."

"I have never encountered an office like this one. They have an answering service that screens ALL calls. No way to confirm info, no staff to answer questions. I am trying to get my on referred here and am extremely frustrated at the horrible way this practice is run. I certainly hope this doctor is amazing, but is she so arrogant that she thinks she attracts business and new patients by making her office totally inaccessible to the unwashed masses knocking on her door? What a awful first impression. Started working on my son's referral here in FEBRUARY and still don't know the status. I've been calling for weeks. Dr. Brennan, please consider booting the answering service to screen all calls and hire a friendly staff to answer the phone!!"

"My son receives meds for ADHD from Ms. Brennan (not sure you can call her a doctor) I believe the medical degree came from a happy meal. The medicine is no longer working, I have been calling their office for over a week now without any return calls. This place is a JOKE. Keep looking friend."
